Two Afghan terrorists killed in Bajaur attack

BAJAUR AGENCY: The security forces and National Peace Lashkar (NPL) retaliated to an attack from across the Afghan side of the border in Mamond area of Bajaur Agency on Sunday killing two terrorists and injuring eight others.
According to security sources, the terrorists launched a sudden attack at the security forces from Afghan side of the border, which was very close to Pakistani security forces and members of the NPL. Both the sides used heavy weapons.
Sources said there was no loss of life or property on the Pakistani side. However, two attackers were killed and eight injured. Facing a strong retaliation from Pakistani security forces, the terrorists retreated back to Afghanistan. The sources further said that after the attack, security was further tightened in the area.
