Three teachers go missing from Quetta

QUETTA: Three teachers went missing in Khuzdar district, some 360 kilometres southeast of Quetta, on Tuesday. According to police, a report was filed in the Khuzdar City Police Station by the relatives of the missing teachers, identified as Liaquat Ali, Jamil Ahmed and Syed Shah. "Two teachers belong to Workers Welfare School and one is affiliated with a private academy," police said, adding that they had opened an investigation. However, it is yet to be ascertained if the educators have been kidnapped for ransom or for some other purpose. End.
