The President has thanked the visiting SVP of the China Three Gorges Corporation for his offer to help in Pakistan's energy projects. What a shame that people who have built the world's biggest dam are being asked to build small dams for us when their expertise could best be used for building Kalabagh dam. The floods are coming again to give another wake up call to the slumbering politicians. When will they build up enough courage to tell the people of Sindh that Kalabagh dam will give them 2.2 million acre feet of additional water plus flood control plus the much needed power. Should they deny themselves all these things just because the dam is in Punjab. Is it so difficult to ensure that all the stakeholders get their due share without any province usurping the share of another province. What has happened to a thing called common sense.
