Think about the children... By Harris

Pakistan is in dire need of some recreational entertainment. Children and young adults these days have absolutely no outlet where they can relax, be themselves, share fierce opinions and ideas in an environment that is free from judgement and social constraints. They should be able to do more than just eat out at expensive restaurants, which has a very negative effect on their health and weight. They need to enjoy good music, open interaction and encouragement to challenge long held norms. These things are sorely missing in today's Pakistan where the only recreation the youth has is burning tyres and looting properties whenever something they do not understand fully happens. Is it not time to change the way our youth is turning out? Should we not find a new breeding ground for all the potential they store? HARRIS MAHMOOD
