The huge and sophisticated project by Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif — the Metro Bus project — is definitely a very good contribution in Pakistan's history. I have witnessed the whole situation after the second day of inauguration of this system. Being a strong admirer of this project, I have concluded that bus drivers and passengers both bear a certain amount of responsibility to this system. There was enough security to handle unpleasant situations but still people were unaware as to how to respond and what to do at the bus' arrival time. To make the project fully efficient, it is important to make drivers and passenger more aware of the functioning of this system because people were so keen to know the real essence of this project. It is imperative that management be up to standard. The behavior of passengers also changes from area to area, which shows that more educated passengers are better informed than others. FARWA AMJAD
