Thank you, Australia... By Saira

The Australian government has offered 2,500 Shia Hazara families a chance at a new and better life. It has offered these people asylum in their country where they can live free from terror threats and the murders of their loved ones. This is a very noble and heartfelt gesture, one that the entire country should appreciate and commend. The Pakistani government should be ashamed of itself. It should go and hide its face because a foreign power has offered Pakistani citizens something their own government could not: life. I respect and thank the Australians — they have shown more compassion than us 'Muslims'. SAIRA DAUD
