QUETTA: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Monday that all security institutions must respond with full might to eliminate terrorists. “Terrorists are attacking soft targets and one must respond in an advanced coordinated way,” he said at an emergency meeting, which he chaired at Governor’s Secretariat on the Quetta suicide bombing.

Army Chief Raheel Sharif, Balochistan Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai, Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri, Southern Command Commander Amir Riaz, ISPR Director General Asim Bajwa, Adviser to Prime Minister on National Security Nasser Khan Janjua, Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid and directors general of Military Operations and Military Intelligence were also present. Sharif condemned the assassination of Balochistan Bar Association President Bilal Kasi.
