There are two kinds of tax bombs, each with a different target. One is 'direct tax' and the other is 'indirect tax'. The target of direct tax is the elites whereas the target of indirect tax are the commoners.
The indirect tax bombs explode quite frequently since the victims are powerless to stop such explosions. The victims have made themselves helpless by electing elites as their representatives. The elites, being the target of the direct tax bombs, are busy forming cartels and lobbying against the direct tax bombs in order to safeguard their personal interests. They also push the indirect tax bombs to explode so that they are able to enjoy their elitist lifestyle supported financially (through indirect taxation) by the commoners. If the commoners want to defuse the indirect tax bomb, they have to empower themselves by electing their representatives from amongst themselves and not the elites.
