Tauqir Sadiq case be fixed before the bench already hearing it: SC

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) has adjourned hearing of former chairman OGRA, Tauqir Sadiq case till next week remarking this case will be heard only by the bench led by Justice Jawwad S Khawja. A 3-membner bench of SC led by Justice Anwar Zahir Jamali and comprising Justice Tariq Pervez and Justice Ejaz Afzal took up the case for hearing Thursday. National Accountability Bureau (NAB) filed its report during the course of hearing. However the court observed that this case be fixed before the bench which is already hearing it. "We are adjourning the hearing of this case till next week. As soon as the bench becomes available in Islamabad, the case be fixed for hearing, court directed. End.
