Six criminals arrested during snap checking

KARACHI: The different teams of three police stations – Defence, Clifton and Artillery Maidan, of South Zone Karachi arrested six criminals during snap checking and recovered weapons and a car from their possession on Friday.

The Defence police during the snap checking spotted a car and after chasing it caught it with three suspects in security guard uniform along with car, two pistols, two magazines and 35 bullets. They were prowling in the Defence area with an intention to commit crime. The suspects were identified as Muhammad Sallahuddin, Mir Salman Ali and Pir Muhammad.

Meanwhile, Clifton and Artillery Maidan police arrested three suspected persons Muhammad Shafiq, Shakil Abbas and Javed along with two pistols, two magazines and 10 bullets while they were roaming for committing the crime.
