Sindh Rangers arrested three Al Qaeda terrorists

KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh and police arrested 31 suspects including three Al Qaeda terrorists in targeted operation, conducted in different areas of city, Daily Times has learnt.
According to police, 24 suspects were arrested including three Al-Qaeda terrorists in operations across Karachi on Saturday. According to reports, police and intelligence agencies carried out a joint operation in Nazimabad area of the metropolis and nabbed three activists of Al-Qaeda. Kalashnikovs, hand grenades and other explosives were also seized from the nabbed terrorists. It is learnt that the arrested terrorists were planning to carry out a major terrorist attack in the city. Sources said that police arrested three most wanted criminals who are said to be involved in several crimes adding that nine suspects were rounded up from the jurisdiction of Model Town Police Station.
