06 September, 2012
ISLAMABAD: Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) Dr Shoaib Suddle, who has been appointed as the one-man commission by the Supreme Court to investigate Malik Riaz Hussain's allegations against Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry's son Dr Arsalan, on Wednesday expressed his willingness to accept the task as per the judicial order.
"One has to work within the system," Suddle told a private TV channel. He was of the view that under the Article 190 of the constitution, the Supreme Court could seek help from any institution of the state.
"The FIA and NAB must work in a manner that is fruitful to the aspirations of the masses," he said, adding that the institutions must be impartial.
End.
