School principal shot dead

JALALABAD: Unidentified armed men shot dead principal of a school in Khogiani district of Nangarhar province yesterday, an official said on Tuesday.
The gunmen killed the school principal, Anwarul Haq Sahibzada, in Khwaran area of Khogiani district, the Nangarhar education and training department spokesman Asif Shinwari told the Afghan Islamic Press (AIP).
Personal enmity could be cause of the incident, he added. No one has claimed responsibility for his killing so far.
