Pul-e-Khumri blast: 2 injured

KUNDUZ: At two persons were injured in a bomb blast in Pul-e-Khumri, capital of northern Baghlan province, doctors said Thursday. Dr. Zubair Akbari, head of Baghlan central hospital, told AIP that two persons injured in an explosion in central square of Pul-e-Khumri were brought to them. He said both the victims were civilians. There was no immediate claim of responsibility by Taliban. The incident happened hours after a roadside bomb detonated near governor’s house in neighbouring Kunduz province. End.
