LAHORE: Barrister Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan said President Asif Zardari enjoys immunity and does not need to go to court to claim it, our sources reported.

If a writ against the Chief Justice of Supreme Court or the Chief Justice of High Court is filed, the court office would not accept it because applications could not be filed against them and neither the CJs would come to claim the immunity.

While talking to the reporters at the Lahore High Court, he reacted strongly to the interview of Justice Ramday saying he is getting involved in politics before two years.

End.
