Peace in region connected to Kashmir resolution: Al-Moosvi

SRINAGAR: In occupied Kashmir, senior All Parties Hurriyet Conference leader, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi has said that peace in South Asia will remain a far-fetched dream unless the internationally recognised Kashmir dispute is resolved as per the wishes of Kashmiris.
Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi addressing a party meeting at Beerwah in Badgam, rejected the statement of Indian Minister and National Conference President, Farooq Abdullah that Kashmir was an integral part of India. Moosvi said that the people of Kashmir had offered unprecedented sacrifices against the Indian occupation of the territory, which would not be allowed to go waste at any cost.
The APHC leader maintained that the people of Kashmir were not against friendly relations between Pakistan and India, but added that these relations could flourish only after settlement of the Kashmir dispute.
Al-Moosvi said that Kashmir was the core issue between the two neighbouring countries, which could be resolved through tripartite talks as per the relevant UN resolutions. He urged the two countries to take steps for settlement of the dispute so that durable.
