KARACHI: Christians of all ages attended Christmas masses held at midnight across the country praying for peace and stability in Pakistan, our sources reported.

A large number of Christians stood among families in heavily decorated churches in Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar and others cities of the country.

Santa Clauses were seen distributing Christmas gifts amongst children. Well dressed women sang Christmas songs.

Organizers at a Karachi Church expressed satisfaction over the security arrangement and were happy over the cooperation by police and Rangers.

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) arranged special ceremony for Christians on the festive occasion, which was also attended by the party's senior leaders.
