ISLAMABAD: Pakistan while strongly rejecting the remarks by senior Indian functionaries about attack on members of CRPF, and beheading of two Indian soldiers on Line of Control said on Wednesday such irresponsible statements have the potential to undermine efforts to normalise relations. Pakistan strongly rejected the remarks made by Indian Home Secretary RK Singh alleging prime facie evidence suggests that the militants who attacked the members of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were from across the border, they were probably from Pakistan. It also rejected the statement made by Defence Minister A. K. Antony in the Rajya Sabha accusing the Special Services Group of Pakistan Army of beheading two Indian soldiers on the LoC on January 8."
