Pakistan attaches great importance to ties with UAE: Nawaz

RAHIM YAR KHAN: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that Pakistan attaches immense importance to strategic ties with United Arab Emirates (UAE).
He said this while meeting President of UAE and ruler of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Rahim Yar Khan on Tuesday.
The Prime Minister said that Pakistan is desirous of further strengthening and diversifying bilateral ties in all areas of cooperation.
The PM also congratulated UAE President as Dubai was chosen as venue for EXPO 2020.
"It is a matter of great pride for Pakistan that Dubai has been chosen to host the EXPO 2020‚ and it would enhance the image of the whole region," Nawaz Sharif mentioned.
The PM assured that Pakistan is in a good position to meet the future human resources needs of UAE, adding already more than 1.25 million Pakistanis working in UAE.
He urged expatriates to continue playing a part of human bridge between the two countries.
