PIA plane makes emergency landing

QUETTA: The tyres of a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane burst as the aircraft made an emergency landing in Quetta on Friday.

All passengers on board remained unharmed. The PIA plane was coming from Islamabad and was late by two hours. An emergency was declared at the airport as a result of the incident. According to the authorities, the tyres were to be repaired immediately and the plane was scheduled to fly back to Islamabad.
