PIA plane lands in RY Khan after engine fault

RAHIM YAR KHAN: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight – PK 743 –developed a problem in one of its engines on its way to Karachi from Multan and had to land at Sheikh Zayyed International Airport on Friday. According to airport manager, Abdul Khalid Leghari, the Boeing 737 aircraft with 115 passengers and crew onboard had to land as one of its engines developed a technical problem. He said the airport administration had made arrangements for the safe landing of the aircraft, adding that he could not say how long repair of the aircraft would take. End.
