Overflowing filth... By Saroj

A pedestrian bridge located near Nadirshaw Eduljee Dinshaw (NED) University leads to overflowing manholes filled with the stench of gutter water opposite the university. It has been two weeks and nothing has been done about this problem. The students are facing several issues because of this; they cannot reach the bridge as it is surrounded by dirty water, people on bikes or on four-seater rickshaws usually have difficulty in travelling and students who travel by public transport cannot stand there and wait for the bus as the place is blocked with polluted water.
Moreover, the gutter water is continuously flowing due to which the water has turned into green fungus. It is ruining the environment as well as the road. I request the city government and concerned administration to take some serious action on this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
