Over 100 grade 19, 20 officers promoted

ISLAMABAD: The Central Selection Board (CSB) has given approval to the promotion of over 100 officers from grade 19 to 20 and 20 to 21.

The meeting of the Central Selection Board was chaired by Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) chairman Malik Asif Hayat on Tuesday.

From the Information Group, Principal Information Officer Rao Tehseen Ali Khan and Sheraz Latif, DMG Group's Orya Jan Maqbool and Press Secretary to Prime Minister Mohiuddin Wani have been promoted from grade 20 to grade 21.

As many as 45 officers of DMG Group were promoted from grade 20 to 21 whereas 25 other officers promoted from grade 19 to 20.

The DMG Group's officers include Muhammad Rasheed, Rao Manzar, Aftab Habib, Saqib Aleem, Hassan Iqbal, Imran Cheema, Sajjad Ahmad, GK Iqbal, Azmat Ranjha, Rizwan Bashir, Rashid Mazari, Fazlur Rehman, Tipu Mohabbat, Athar Hussain, Ijaz Khan, Shoaib Siddiqqui, GK Javed Nasir, Mohsin Haqqani and Aftab Manika.

Four officials of the Postal Service promoted from grade 19 to 20 include Nadeem Ahsan, Aslam Niazi, Zahid Faheem and Waseem Zafar.

The board also promoted 11 officers of the Police Service from grade 20 to 21. Beside five officers of the secretariat were given promotion from grade 20 to 21.
