Government has decided to outsource the collection of electricity bills to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) within a month of reports that recovery of electricity bills at the level of distribution feeders had fallen to less than 60 percent. With 100 percent failure on the part of the Government to run the country, why not outsource it too? DR. IRFAN ZAFAR
