During the last few months, Pakistani media, especially electronic media, has given special airtime to Bollywood. Indian movies and actors' news have been given prominence in the news channels. It would be nice if Pakistani channels also aired news reports regarding Pakistani heroes. On August 20, the death anniversary of the Nishan-e-Haider recipient, Pilot Officer Rashid Minhas Shaheed passed but no Pakistani channel aired any report. Only the social media was the place where some news regarding Rashid Minhas's death anniversary was highlighted. MUBASHIR MAHMOOD
