LAHORE: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday released details of the assets declared by MNAs and Punjab MPAs.

According to the list, Noor Alam Khan of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) is the richest member of parliament, owning assets worth Rs 32 billion, while Jamshed Dasti, who also belongs to the PPP, is the poorest parliamentarian with an empty bank account.

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has declared assets of Rs 25 million without any car. Gilani's son Abdul Qadir Gilani has assets worth Rs 56.3 million, including a bullet-proof vehicle.

According to the ECP, Maulana Fazlur Rehman has declared to have assets of Rs 5 million, Pervaiz Elahi of Rs 127 million, Arbab Alamgir of Rs 1.68 billion, Faryal Talpur is the owner of assets worth Rs 115.30 million.
