LAHORE: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani said dictators who could not end corruption despite sloganeering about curbing it while holding powers for several years had no chance of returning, our sources reported.

He was addressing the convocation at a university in Lahore. He said the only stable position rests with the Almighty.

'The opposition is doing it's own work and the government would run as per the mandate accorded to them by the people.'

Every institution must work within the ambit of the Constitution, the prime minister said. 'We have strengthen the state organs by restoring the Constitution and my appearance before the court reflects that we respect judiciary.'

The joint session of Parliament would decide about the resumption of Nato supply. Gas crisis would be resolved within six months, PM Gilani said.

End.

Reader Comments:

Yes, they were elected

If you elected the crap through fair or flake or whatever self flog means, you have to live with it for just bit longer (18 months or so till the next election).

Let them loot, push, dance and tush. By the way the people in the world including Paks are crooks on chance. I heard one fellow Pak in Canada say as:

' Don't tell me that they are looting and robbing and taking the looted money out, tell me how I can join them."

Can't bring in Musharraff either. He carries with him two flags, Pak as well as Israeli. Imran Khan could perhaps be best bet in next election. My family doctor Dr Khadeeja Naqvi wants him to win too. And I wrote some poems in praise of the great Khan as well.

Just hang tough, bear with patience, keep pushing the time and wait with hope till the next election.

Enjoy the beautiful country Pakistan. I was there for three months three months ago. Skardu area pales any thing in grandness, Swat is much grander than Swiss Alps and Lahore and all big Pak cities are gorgeous. People seem happy with smiles and hardly any body there I saw , indulged in politics. Girls have light tan gold skin or even siver white prettiness amongst pathans and Kashmiris. Fruit was in abundance. Very pretty women seemed more agile than anywhere else. It is very sweet country and has plenty of tasty fruits and grandest nature display on earth.

Enjoy my poem I wrote on "Promising Pakistan".

All the Paks must understand
That Pakistan is promising land
Walking with China hand in hand
The pair is grandest of the grand

Lovely, lovery, sweet are Paks
Love for Paks is all time talks
West got silver white girls sweet
But, gold tan Pak skin, none can beat

Not just pretty skin, pretty their eyes
Are brighter than the summer skies
Rose like lips, Pak apple cheeks
My lost heart just loverly seeks

Mountain peaks and valleys I seen
Are so beautiful, just so green
Each girl is pretty, each boy is joy
Visit sweet Pak, you will enjoy

... and WE were working within the constitution when WE refused to carry out the SUPREME COURT's orders. After all, WE are the KING! And if WE cried wolf of a coup a few days ago, which we now say is impossible, it was because the THIEVES OF BAGHDAD, aka the COW-DUNGERS, had not sanctioned our application to keep us in power on their own sweet terms.

Of course, WE are saying the obvious, but the truth, when WE say the dictators could not end corruption: WE are very much here!

And here until the meanings of PLUNDER PAKISTAN PARTY are achieved!
