ISLAMABAD: Former Federal Minister Nilofar Bakhtiyar on Friday disclosed that some senior women of party had played prime role to remove her from her office as President Women Wing Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Q).

Expressing her views in Programme of Private TV Channel, the Former Minister alleged that a well thought conspiracy was planned to malign her political career, dignity and issuing of fatwa by Jamia Hafsa was part of that conspiracy.

Maulana Abdul Rashid Ghazi and Maulana Abdul Aziz, Nilofar Bakhtiyar further stated, were never against her, however the matter had been concluded. Former President PML-Q Women Wing said she has forgiven Ghazi bothers for issuing decree against her.

Answering to a question, the former minister observed that some elements were behind the failure of dialogue between Chaudhry Shujjat Hussain and Lal Masjid administration.

She said she worked very hard for the betterment of party and Government but no minister and women closed to her helped her in her critical time.

She made it clear she would not join Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) at any cost and would remain in PML-Q.

Lot sof work has to be done for the elimination of terrorism and extremism from the country, she maintained.
