GUJRANWALA: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) central Punjab President Qamar Zaman Kaira has said ousted premier Nawaz Sharif is left with no option but to surrender himself before the law.

Addressing a public gathering here on Monday, the PPP leader said that the PPP would support efforts for conducting the general election in time. He said that party’s Chairman Billawal Bhutto Zardari would announce the next plan to meet the challenges being faced by the country in his address on the PPP founding day on December 5 in Islamabad.

He went on to say that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders were abusing the courts.

PPP district president Rao Ikram Ali Khan, Khawaja Tariq Naveed Lone, Engineer Eyaz Naveed Lone, Lala Asadullah Papa, Khalid Islam Dar, MianA zhar Hassan Dar and others were present on the occasion.

He said that Asif Ali Zardari’s meeting with Nawaz Sharif was out of question. Criticising the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), he said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government had failed to serve the public of province.
