NAB arranged two helicopters for the arrest of Nawaz Sharif-Maryam Nawaz

LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arranged two helicopters for the arrest of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) former president Nawaz
Sharif and his daughter, Maryam, upon their arrival tomorrow (July 13).
To take both the PML-N leaders into immediate custody, the NAB plans to position one helicopters at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport and the other at the new Islamabad International Airport.
Further, a 16-member team, including nine officials from NAB and seven from police, has been formed to stay alert in order to arrest the ex-premier and his daughter.
Earlier, Shahzad Saleem, the director-general at the NAB for Lahore, wrote a letter to Justice (R) Javed Iqbal, the chairman Cabinet Divsion, that a helicopter be provided for the transfer of Sharif and his daughter. The letter stated that a rally that is supposed to be held in Lahore upon the arrival of former premier, is likely to create hurdles in the arrest
