Mystery deepens in Chaudhry Aslam attack case

KARACHI: As the investigation into suicide blast that martyred Karachi police officer Chaudhry Aslam proceeding, the matter relating to mode of operation of terrorists getting further confounded, media reported on Sunday.

According to reports, the taxi driver under custody in his statement told the police that the pickup used in blast was standing on the jack without wheel.

Police said that samples of the limbs found from the scene of suicide blast have been sent to Islamabad for DNA test.

The investigation officials told that besides the samples of the limbs found at the blast site on Lyari Expressway, samples of Shafiullah, brother of alleged suicide bomber Naeemullah taken at Jinnah Hospital have also been sent to Islamabad for DNA test.
