Musharraf's escape to foster govt's distrust: Talal Bugti
06 February, 2014
ISLAMABAD: The head of JWP (Jamhoori Watan Party) Talal Akbar Bugti has said that if Musharraf managed to escape (capitol punishment) from Pakistan, it would foster distrust on PML-N government.
Talking to ONLINE, he said that people would also ridicule the Judiciary, and said that Supreme Court should order immediate transfer of Musharraf to jail from hospital.
Expressing that Musharraf was causing embarrassment and bad name to Army, he feared that plans were afoot to facilitate his escape abroad, with due conniving of PML-N's government; stressing that Supreme Court should expose this conspiracy.
Citing zealous and selfless sacrifices of Baloch for Independence of Pakistan, he 'regretted that yet Baloch were being discriminated against': "something that should be rectified" he stressed.
He also said that 99% of masses wanted to see Musharraf hanged for his murder of Akbar Bugti; "a factor that should be realized by rulers', he urged.
