GHAZNI: A man shot dead a money changer over unknown reasons in Ghazni City on Monday. Nasir Karbalaee, a money changer by profession, was killed by a man possibly over a personal enmity in Ghazni City, the provincial police chief Zrawar Khan Zahid told the Afghan Islamic Press (AIP).

The police arrested the attacker and started investigation, he added. The Ghazni governor's spokesman Nabi Jan confirmed the incident and told the AIP that the attacker was being grilled by the police.
