Measles claims 5 more lives in Naseerabad

DERA MURAD JAMALI: At least five minors died of measles the other day in Naseerabad, raising the death toll in the area to 12.

According to the Health Department, the outbreak of measles killed a total of 12 children, including sisters Asma and Gulnaz.

Meanwhile, District Health Officer Dost Ali Imrani said that the provincial government had provided 12,000 vaccine injections and all efforts would be made to prevent the contagious disease.
