KARACHI: Local leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), several political groups and people belonging to different communities announce to join Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in Mahmoodabad area on Sunday.

Provincial Commerce and Industries Minister Rauf Siddiqui welcomed them on behalf of MQM chief Altaf Hussain. The function was held at MQM's sector office in Mahmoodabad area. On that occasion, Siddiqui said that all communities and faiths were becoming united on one platform, which was a very good sign for the whole country.

He said that the day was not far when a peaceful revolution of middle and lower middle class people would define the development paths of country, adding people with big names and positions were going somewhere else but middle and lower middle class people were joining MQM because they knew that MQM was the only political party which was the key to solving global problems.

People and political workers who joined the MQM said that they were fed up with dishonest and corrupt politicians therefore they joined MQM and they had strong faith on Altaf Hussain's leadership.

End.
