LHC moved for contempt proceedings against FM Hina

LAHORE: Advocate Sarfraz Hussain moved a petition before Lahore High Court on Tuesday seeking contempt of court proceedings against Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar and her secretary for briefing a UN commission on missing persons.

The petitioner said the matter of missing persons was pending before the Supreme Court and in such circumstances briefing of the UN commission by the foreign minister and her secretary was contempt of court.
