Karzai off to Cairo

KABUL: President Hamid Karzai left Oslo for Cairo last night after signing strategic cooperation agreement with Norway, presidential palace said Wednesday.

Besides meeting Egyptian officials, the president will attended the OIC summit meeting in Cariro and addrthe meeting, the presidential palace said in a press release.

It said the OIC meeting will discuss economic and political cooperation between the member states and issues.
