Karachi violence claims seven more lives

KARACHI: As maximum as seven more people have been gunned down in different areas of the city on Tuesday.

Suddenly a wave of violence started in different areas of the metropolis and four people were killed in the passage of one hour. Two people were shot dead at Baldia Town, Orangi Town.

A trader was gunned down in S.I.T.E area. Gulzar Alvi, head constable in police, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Gulbahar, Nazimabad area.

Alvi, father of three children was targeted when he was on his way to duty. His body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal formalities.

An unidentified tortured dead body was found near zoo, Garden area. Zahid Khan was killed in Quaidabad area in dacoits' firing.

On the other hand, police arrested two suspects involved in several cases of robberies from Shara-e-Fisal area.
