Jamrud: 29 killed, several wounded in blast

KHYBER AGENCY: At least 29 persons were killed and several others wounded in a blast at Jamrud Market of Khyber Agency on Tuesday, our sources reported.

According to initial reports, blast occurred at a bus stop in a bus but the cause is still unknown. As a result of explosion, 20 persons were killed while 30 others got injured.

Injured are being shifted to Peshawar hospital. Law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the area and launched search operation.

Further details of the blast are yet to be ascertained.
