He said, "Four days ago, a bomb blast took place and a blast took place even today," he said. "The Interior Ministry has failed totally.” He added that the NAP was not being implemented.

He said that the Sindh government was undertaking the treatment of the injured who were transferred to Karachi. He also urged the Bar Association to set up a fund for the education and health of the children of those who had been killed in the Quetta bombings.

He said that he would also try to collect as much funds as he can for the trust.

Khursheed Shah also spoke to the journalists and said that the recent spate of terrorism in Quetta reflected the failure of the security agencies.
