Incompetent officers... By Abdul Samad

16 January, 2014

It is quite unfortunate that many incompetent non-cadre officers of BS-20, 19 and 18 have been working on important posts in very important departments in the province of Sindh even after the announcement of the verdict by the Supreme Court (SC) in this regard in June 2013. The meritorious cadre officers, who do not have the right connections, on the other hand, have been waiting for their postings for a long time.

Will the gigantic task of 'good governance' be possible by the government of Sindh with the placement of such unmeritorious officers? This is definitely food for thought for all the readers.
