Imran's Tigers launches Facebook application to collect donations

22 January, 2013

LAHORE: Imran's Tigers have reunited and launched a Facebook application by the name of Imran's Tigers Mission to create Imran's Tiger Scholarship Fund for the deserving students of Namal College (Mianwali).

The Facebook application has been launched after a rigorous six-month long social media campaign, which informs today's youth with the work done by the Imran's Tigers during the 1990's and the necessity of investing in education for Pakistan's development.

The Imran's Tigers Mission can be accessed from the Official Imran's Tigers Page (Facebook.com/OfficialImransTigers) and donations can be made on Namal College's official website (www.namal.edu.pk/donate/imrans-tigers-scholarship-fund/). These activities not only give the people of Pakistan a chance to contribute to the field of education but also present fans with a unique opportunity to meet Imran Khan in person.

After providing a basis to Imran's Khan's dream of building and maintaining the first-ever cancer hospital in Pakistan, Imran Khan is yet again calling his Tigers to help him realise his dream of building the first-ever Knowledge City in Pakistan: Namal Knowledge City.

The campaign should later expand to offices and colleges across Pakistan where students and professionals alike will be invited to participate in the fundraising drive for Imran's Tigers Scholarship Fund.

End.
