SRINAGAR: In occupied Kashmir, Jammu Kashmir National Front has castigated the authorities for crushing civil liberties and not taking action against any culprits of human rights violations. The JKNF in a statement issued in Srinagar said, “Right from Gawkadal massacre to the tragedy of Kunanposhpora and from the 2010 killings to the martyrdom of Tahir Rasool Sofi, each and every investigation ordered by the authorities has proved to be mere eyewash.” The statement said that the puppet regime was being paid by New Delhi only to befool the Kashmiris. The National Front expressing concern over the day-to-day restrictions on people, arrests and house arrests of the leadership including party Chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan said that the collaborators had fully understood that their days were gone. Paying tributes to Mudassir Kamran Malla of Parigam and Tahir Rasool of Baramulla, the National Front said that they were not ordinary young students but budding intellectuals. End.
