Following the incident, the Yousafzai Ittehad workers marched towards the Balochistan Assembly with the body and staged a sit-in outside the building. They chanted anti-government slogans and appealed to CJP Iftikhar Chaudhry to take notice of the killings of innocent people in Balochistan and direct law enforcement agencies to arrest the criminals.
