Former PML-N MNA from Kashmore joins PPP

KARACHI: Former Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA from Kashmore, Sardar Salim Jan Mazari on Friday has announced joining ruling Pakistan People's Party (PPP) along with other influential associates of the area.

His announcement came after Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, party's MNA and sister of President Zardari Faryal Talpur called on him at his residence in Kashmore. He also arranged a public meeting on the occasion. Besides Mazari, ex-taluka nazim Kashmore Haji Abdul Raoof Khoso, ex-taluka nazim Kandhkot Mir Rashid Khan Sundhrani and Mir Najam Malik also announced their joining into the PPP with many tribal communities of the Kashmore district.

Federal Ministers Mir Hazar Khan Bajrani, Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, Provincial Ministers Agha Siraj Khan Durrani, Muhammad Ayaz Soomro, Mukesh Chawla, Jam Saifullah Dharejo, Jam Mahtab Dahar and other members of the Sindh cabinet, MNAs and MPAs attended the ceremony.

Speaking on the occasion the chief minister reiterated that dead horse of Kalabagh Dam already buried when Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and people of Sindh gathered at the historic place Kamo Shaheed, where people of Sindh will again are gathering tomorrow (Saturday) at Kamo Shaheed to save the democracy. He said that why Nawaz Sharif is in hurry and conspiring against the democratic government.
