Foreign troops pullout to bring stability: Karzai

KABUL: President Hamid Karzai has said foreign forces' withdrawal, scheduled before the end of 2014, would bring stability to Afghanistan. Karzai told a group of university presidents and professors that the the country was headed toward development and stability and that the departure of NATO-led forces would have no negative impact. "On the contrary, it will lead to stability," Karzai said, according to a statement from the Presidential Palace. End.
