Drug-peddler shot dead

KUNDUZ: The security forces of Tajikistan shot dead an alleged Afghan drug-peddler and injured another one yesterday, an official said Friday. The Tajik security forces opened fire on Afghan drug-peddlers who had illegally entered into Tajikistan from Ashkasham district of Badakhshan province yesterday, the Badakhshan provincial administration spokesman Abdul Maroof Rasikh told the Afghan Islamic Press (AIP).
