Don't mess with me, or I will mess with you double: Malik
14 January, 2013
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Sunday warned Dr Tahirul Qadri and his aides against resorting to hooliganism, saying that firearms would be used against miscreants in the long march.
"Don't mess with me. Otherwise I will mess with you," the minister lobbed a warning at Dr Qadri while talking to the media after reviewing security arrangements in the Red Zone.
Referring to the new charter of demands 'envisaging' the dissolution of the Election Commission of Pakistan, Malik said that Qadri wanted to delay general election for another six months.
Calling the "prime minister wannabe" a liar, Malik offered to resign if Qadri could prove that landmines were laid in his way by the government. He also announced Rs 5 million reward for the person disclosing the source funding Dr Qadri.
