Distance learning system : Sindh to train 600 teachers

03 September, 2012

KARACHI: Realising the importance of distant learning through latest technology, Sindh Education and Literacy Department has planned to train 600 master trainer teachers in digital material for class XI and X.

The distant learning programme will encourage the students for using creative methods of learning, as the teachers will facilitate them for online material and provide free email to every student for better opportunities of learning.

Under the programme, it would be ensured to introduce distant learning through learning gateway, tv, video conferences and other electronic sources. This would enhance interactivity among the students, teachers and also the level of learning in classrooms.

End.
