Destabilising Karachi... By Rida

08 March, 2013

I want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the current state of the economic hub of Karachi. The current law and order situation of Karachi, which is the revenue engine of Pakistan, is highly distressful and condemnable; acts of violence, extortion and kidnapping have not stopped in the city, and the business community is the most affected although it is working day and night to keep the economy of Pakistan running through its investments and hard work.

None of that matters when criminals have an agenda to destroy the country. Everyone knows who the culprits are, those malicious forces that are destabilising the country through Karachi. We demand that the government take all necessary measures to bring peace and stability to Karachi and to curb the menace of extremism and terrorism.
